The Clark County Health Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop the Clark County County community health assessment and the health improvement plan for Clark County County. The purpose of the Clark County Health Department and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Clark County County residents.

The Clark County Health Department’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Clark County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
