The purpose of the Chelan Douglas Health District and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Douglas County County residents.
The Chelan Douglas Health District’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Douglas County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
