The purpose of the Kitsap County Health District and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Kitsap County County residents.
The Kitsap County Health District’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Kitsap County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
