The Skagit County Health Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop the Skagit County County community health assessment and the health improvement plan for Skagit County County. The purpose of the Skagit County Health Department and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Skagit County County residents.

The Skagit County Health Department’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Skagit County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
