Mukilteo Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located at 304 Lincoln Avenue, Mukilteo, Washington, 98275. The Mukilteo Historical Society was formed in 1932, and its mission is to collect, preserve and share historical records, photographs, artifacts, and other materials related to the history of Snohomish County County, Washington.
The Mukilteo Historical Society operates a museum at the historic Mukilteo City Hall building. It also maintains a research library composed primarily of donated books on Mukilteo history. Mukilteo history books are available for sale.

The Mukilteo Historical Society’s collections include hundreds of photos, letters and documents, oral histories and oral history tapes, maps, newspaper clippings, and Snohomish County County government records dating back to the 19th century. Mukilteo Historical Society is continually adding to their collections through donations from Snohomish County County community members.
Several thousand items are on display at the Mukilteo Museum each year. These items tell the story of life in the area before it became a Snohomish County county — who lived here and how they made their living; how the Snohomish County County was explored and governed; what kinds of crops were grown; how Snohomish County communities developed; how irrigation projects brought water to drylands; how telephone lines were erected across rugged terrain in Snohomish County County; what types of businesses served residents here over time; how Snohomish County people socialized in early communities; what kind of role.
