The Northeast Tri-County Health District is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop the Stevens County County community health assessment and the health improvement plan for Stevens County County. The purpose of the Northeast Tri-County Health District and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Stevens County County residents.

The Northeast Tri-County Health District’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Stevens County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
