The Thurston County Health Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop the Thurston County County community health assessment and the health improvement plan for Thurston County County. The purpose of the Thurston County Health Department and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Thurston County County residents.

The Thurston County Health Department’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Thurston County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
