The College Place Public Works also deals with the operation of a transfer station and recycling center; operation of the Walla Walla County County Fairgrounds; operation of the Walla Walla County County Regional Landfill; permitting Walla Walla County County activities related to land use and development; surface water flood control; and management of stormwater discharge permits in Walla Walla County County.
