The Whatcom County Health Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop the Whatcom County County community health assessment and the health improvement plan for Whatcom County County. The purpose of the Whatcom County Health Department and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Whatcom County County residents.

The Whatcom County Health Department’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Whatcom County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
