The history of the American Museum of Radio & Electricity traces back to the 1910 Gothic Revival Church. The site houses numerous churches arising within the 20th century and are of different denominations.

Apart from the 1901 Gothic church, the American Museum of Radio & Electricity includes:

The American Museum of Radio & Electricity’s mission is to collect, preserve, invest and display the culture and history of Whatcom County county. In delivering its mandate, the American Museum of Radio & Electricity partners with the public in collecting important artifacts such as pictures and tools.

The American Museum of Radio & Electricity offers the following services to the public:

  • Members of the public are granted free admission to the American Museum of Radio & Electricity.
  • The American Museum of Radio & Electricity rents the church building for small gatherings. The building has a kitchen, meeting area, a restroom and is ADA-accessible.
  • The American Museum of Radio & Electricity offers employment and volunteer opportunities.
  • The American Museum of Radio & Electricity offers ticket sales, membership registrations to help fund its operations.
  • The American Museum of Radio & Electricity holds events and fundraisers throughout the year to help raise funds for supporting its operations.
