The purpose of the Grandview Health Department and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Yakima County County residents.

The Grandview Health Department’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Yakima County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
