The Wapato Health Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop the Yakima County County community health assessment and the health improvement plan for Yakima County County. The purpose of the Wapato Health Department and improvement plan is to provide evidence-based data and information on factors that influence the health of Yakima County County residents.
The Wapato Health Department’s vision is to develop a community-wide effort to improve the health status of all Yakima County County residents through prevention strategies, partnerships, education, and advocacy efforts.
